BrightView is seeking a Tree Care Services Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing across regional territories in California. The role collaborates with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The BD is a proactive, self-starting leader who thrives on public interaction and building client relationships. The position requires extensive B2B selling experience, a Bachelor’s or equivalent, and tree care

Qualifications

• Extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques and build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and negotiations.
