Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Tree Care Service Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to meet sales targets and build long-lasting client relationships.

The role requires extensive field-based B2B selling, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel and multi-project management are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive B2B selling experience at mid-to-senior levels (3–5 years).
• Experience in service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/SFA tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and negotiations.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal resources.
