BrightView in Gardena, CA is seeking a Tree Care Services Business Developer to lead the regional sales pipeline from prospecting to close. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, industry certifications, strong B2B selling experience, and proficiency with CRM tools. You will log activity in Salesforce and build trusted relationships with key decision

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
TCIA certification or Certified Arborist (preferred).
Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid to senior levels.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships; marketing; pricing.
Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients with Account Managers.
Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and negotiations with minimal supervision.
Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales.
Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers and close business.
