Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management.
• Proven ability to prospect and source new treasury management business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit/risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with COIs and internal teams.
• Strong time management, organization and planning.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues using best practices, benchmarking, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned with sales opportunities and engage solution specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders from the client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
