Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and COIs.
• Strong time management and planning abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining client relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues around client issues and opportunities with solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Independently lead business process reviews and engage product specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability across assigned relationships.
