Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with proven prospecting ability.
• Solid knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit/risk processes and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs and external consultants.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing relationships
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking and solution positioning
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key sales opportunities and engage solution specialists
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and webinars
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships
