Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships, leveraging deep treasury product knowledge to craft market strategies.

You will collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions and manage risk while driving profitability across assigned relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with track record of new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using best practices, benchmarking, quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, webinars and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for client portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
