Job summary

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop market strategies and partner with bankers, product leadership and implementation teams. Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to develop new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with COIs and teams.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities and engage solutions experts for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
