Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships across the United States.

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop market and product strategies, collaborating with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COI, and external consulting organization.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent client perspective in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
