Job summary

You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop localized market strategies and partner with Bankers, Client Service, and Product teams. You will lead strategic client discussions, work with senior stakeholders, and drive solutions across core cash, card, and commerce services while managing risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build client relationships with COIs and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree; CTP designation preferred.
• Strong time management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews for key sales opportunities.
• Suggest new solutions with product stakeholders from client perspective.
• Deliver market leadership on working capital during events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and profitability of assigned relationships.
