Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support high-volume treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. The role reports to the Treasury Manager and focuses on accurate processing of wires and payments while upholding compliance and client service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury/finance, a Finance/Accounting/Business background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are proactive, resourceful, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest opportunities for minor process improvements and assist with ad hoc projects.
