Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. The role reports to the Treasury Manager and involves processing wires, ACH payments, and other transactions with accuracy and client service excellence.

This position offers a competitive 60,000–70,000 USD yearly salary, with a remote-friendly work model across the United States.

Formación

• 1-2 years experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management systems and banking portals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily treasury operations including wires, ACH payments, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify potential client service issues or operational discrepancies for escalation.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
