Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing finance team supporting venture capital and PE clients. You will process wires and ACH payments, assist with treasury operations, and help maintain client service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury operations and a finance degree; you should be detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including the accurate and timely processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support the adherence to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the utilization of treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Work closely with fund accounting teams on the processing of client cash transactions, adopt a client service mentality when dealing with internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and People Ops, to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects, as needed.
