Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing treasury team supporting venture capital and private equity clients. You will handle wires, ACHs, and payment processing, while ensuring accuracy and strong client service.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will engage with fund accounting, accounting, and People Ops to maintain smooth operations and assist with process improvements. This role offers a remote-first culture across the US.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are familiar with software systems including Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations, including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Work with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist on ad hoc projects for the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury.
