Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACHs, and other payments, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with treasury and accounting teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, client service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a remote-friendly setup across select US states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of treasury operations, finance, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management systems and banking portals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations, including wires and ACH payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Escalate client service issues or discrepancies to Treasury Manager/Head of Treasury.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury systems and banking portal tasks.
• Support reconciliation and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting and other departments for seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and assist ad hoc projects.
