Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will report to the Treasury Manager and help process wires, ACH payments, and other transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury or related finance functions, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business, and a client-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations including wires, ACH payments, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify potential client service issues or operational discrepancies and escalate.
• Help ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support ad hoc treasury projects as needed.
