Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for Venture Capital & Private Equity clients. You will process wires and other payments with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent client service.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will collaborate with fund accounting and other internal teams, helping to ensure compliance and efficiency while growing foundational treasury skills in a flexible, US-wide remote environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, including wires, ACH payments, and other types.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain documentation and records.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal/regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
