Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for our venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACH payments, and other instructions, ensure proper documentation, and help maintain treasury records with a client-service mindset.

This role offers remote work across the US and requires 1–2 years in treasury operations, a finance-related bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to help our growing treasury team

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or discrepancies to the Treasury Manager.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Assist with reconciliations and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting and other departments for seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager on ad hoc projects.
