Aduro Advisors seeks a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for our Venture Capital and Private Equity fund clients. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will help process wires, ACH payments, and other transactions with accuracy and strong attention to detail.

This role offers hands-on treasury exposure, collaboration with fund accounting and other teams, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, client-service oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent precision.
• Proficient in Treasury Management systems and banking portals.

Responsabilités

• Process wires, ACH payments, and other payment types accurately.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify and escalate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Assist with reconciliation and basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting and other teams on cash transactions.
• Suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support ad hoc treasury projects with the Treasury Manager.
