Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for our venture capital and private equity clients.

You will process wires, ACHs, and other payments, maintain documentation, and help ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaboration with Accounting and People Ops to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escape potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and adopt a client service mentality.
• Collaborate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
