Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, VDC, Architecture or related field with 8+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of VDC tools and applications in construction, cost, scheduling, estimating
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, schedules
• Advanced project management capabilities and ability to implement processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the VDC department across offices and projects
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and P&L metrics for VDC
• Develop workforce and talent pipelines, hire and train staff
• Collaborate with HR to staff and develop internal candidates for growth
• Draft action plans and schedules aligned to RFP and project goals
• Provide VDC content for BD proposals and client communications
• Standardize VDC workflows and continuously improve tools and processes
• Assist on job sites to set up projects and resolve VDC issues
