Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned construction leader for a fulltime traveling assignment across the United States. This role reports to the Global Critical Facilities (TECH) vertical and supports data center and EV projects, with Project Location(s): DC USA.

The ideal candidate provides strong team leadership, budget management, risk assessment, and contract interpretation skills. Extensive experience in essential duties, safety adherence, and client relationship development are

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years construction experience.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
Develop and improve client relationships fostering a trusted advisor status.
Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
Manage budget and financial reporting to ensure adherence to project budget.
Oversee QA/QC program and safety protocols on site.
Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
Drive utilization of Turner initiatives and emerging technologies.
