Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned VDC/BIM Coordinator for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) or related field plus 4+ years of related experience.
• CM-BIM designation credits preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and VDC specs.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic scripting/coding skills (Dynamo, Python).
• Proficiency with BIM tools: Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, ACC.
• Familiar with animation tools (Lumion, Twinmotion) and game engines (Unreal, Unity).
• Experience with Reality Capture workflows (Autodesk ReCap).
• Collaborative, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead review of design models and coordinate BIM processes on-site with stakeholders.
• Coordinate VDC meeting logistics, file management, and document control.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings; track actions and communicate with the VDC team.
• Perform VDC engineering tasks including BIM coordination and RFIs.
• Prepare quantity variance reports for estimating and change management.
• Develop on-site presence to address constructability issues and communicate solutions.
• Collaborate with VDC team to execute BIM schedules and workflows.
• Apply BIM execution plans and related tools to projects.
• Explore and deploy innovative VDC tools and capture lessons learned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
