Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related VDC experience
• Thorough knowledge of VDC tools and applications in construction
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and project schedules
• Forecast and manage budgets and resources
• Advanced project management and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Manage VDC department, office, and project budgets and forecast actuals
• Develop workforce plans and staff resource allocation
• Oversee VDC staff development and training
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and talent pipeline
• Draft and approve VDC action plans aligned with RFPs
• Maintain alignment with VDC leadership on goals and strategies
• Support Business Development with VDC content for proposals
• Define and update VDC services and rates with leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of VDC processes and tools
• Visit job sites to support VDC setup and issue resolution
• Coordinate with Finance on time tracking and cost centers
• Lead hiring and performance feedback for team members
• Engage with external industry groups to identify opportunities
• Document lessons learned and standardize workflows
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and environment
