Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field with minimum 4 years of related experience
• CM-BIM designation helpful
• Ability to read, interpret contract docs, drawings, specifications, schedules
• Knowledge of BIM standards, codes, and specifications
• Proficient with BIM software and collaboration tools
• Scripting/coding skills (Dynamo, Python)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC processes and review design models on site with stakeholders
• Coordinate BIM through meetings, track actions, manage RFIs
• Develop BIM execution plans and BIM coordination schedules
• Collaborate with VDC team to deploy innovative tools and capture lessons learned
• Perform model-based takeoffs, variance reporting, 4D modeling, and production tracking
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and project requirements
