Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced VDC professional for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers. You will lead BIM coordination on site, review design models with stakeholders, and drive VDC workflows across submittals, RFIs, and production tracking.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with 4+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with BIM tools such as Revit,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) or related field, with minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent
• CM-BIM designation preferred
• Able to read/interpret contract docs, drawings, specs, and schedules
• Knowledge of industry standards and BIM/VDC tools

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC processes and review design models for construction projects on site with stakeholders
• Coordinate BIM processes and manage RFIs, submittals, and document control
• Develop BIM execution plans and BIM coordination schedules
• Collaborate with VDC team on model-based takeoffs, 4D modeling, and production tracking
• Support continuous improvement by deploying innovative VDC tools and sharing lessons learned
• Travel 70-80% to project locations and maintain collaboration with project teams
