IES is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating staff, materials and customer interfaces. The role requires strong leadership and effective communication across teams and with customers.

Travel within branch/regional territory is expected. A minimum of five years in supervisory roles and experience in telecommunications or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote and discharge project staff.
• Manage workload and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan, manage and maintain project profitability.
• Review job cost postings, invoices and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate bids.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
• Develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
