Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager in the United States (Texas region) to oversee assigned projects from initiation to turnover. The role ensures safety, quality, and financial performance, coordinating staffing, materials, and customer delivery to meet goals.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, workload management, bid participation, and process improvement initiatives, with travel as needed to support branch and regional activities. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Experience in customer interface and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and discharge project staff as needed.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoicing, collections and financial reporting.
• Oversee quality and safety for customer work.
• Participate in and facilitate bid processes.
• Liaise with customer representatives and manage interface.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
• Perform other assigned duties.
