Job summary

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned telecommunications projects from planning through completion. The role requires strong leadership, cost management and customer interface skills to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will manage staffing, budgets and project scope, while coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet corporate goals. Travel may be involved within regional territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to read, write and present orally at a professional level.
• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, promote and discharge project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor project delivery and installation progress.
• Plan and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job costs, invoices, collections and financial reporting.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance on customer work.
