Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality and financial performance while coordinating staffing, materials and customer delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and discharge project staff per policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan, monitor and maintain project profitability to meet goals.
• Review job cost postings, prepare invoices and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
• Develop and implement account process improvements.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
