Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager for a 100% travel role, accountable for delivering contracted work across multiple sites. You will lead staff, manage project profitability, and coordinate with customers while upholding safety, quality, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in supervisory roles within telecommunications or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Ability to define a project, develop a scope of work, and guide it to completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, and discipline project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan and monitor project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings, prepare invoices, and provide financial reporting.
• Oversee quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in or facilitate the bid process.
• Interface with customer representatives as the company liaison.
• Develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
