Job summary

IES Communications seeks a Project Manager to lead and deliver telecommunications projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. You will oversee teams, coordinate resources, manage budgets, and serve as the customer’s primary contact.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication with vendors and clients across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of three years as Lead Communications Technician or similar.
• Five years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Ability to read project documents and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
