IES is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the overall manager for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and financial performance requirements across staffing, materials, and customer delivery.

The role involves supervising staff, managing project profitability, coordinating with customers, and leading bid processes, with travel within branch/regional territory as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Must have at least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Must have demonstrated verifiable ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed tasks and manage to completion.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, train, manage and discharge project staff per policy; provide guidance and mentoring.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to meet goals.
• Review job cost postings; prepare invoices, collect payments and report finances.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as Company liaison with customer representatives.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
