Job summary

IES Holdings in Tempe, AZ seeks a Project Manager to lead assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment while acting as the primary customer contact.

You will drive project planning, team leadership, financial oversight, and continuous process improvements to maximize profitability. The role requires collaboration across functions and may involve travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience as Lead Communications Technician or similar position.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in telecommunications or related technical or construction field.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Demonstrated ability to define a project, create a scope of work, estimate, develop tasks and manage to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and manage project teams.
• Oversee planning and execution across all project phases to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and monitor budgets, profitability, and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong customer relations and communicate project status.
• Enforce safety and quality control, address issues promptly.
• Participate in process improvements and business development opportunities.
