Job summary

REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS CO is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly migrate to our software and provide training and support throughout the process.

You will travel about 80% of the time to install, configure, and train dealership personnel on the system. When not on-site, you will support existing customers from your home office and prepare for upcoming trips. This role requires excellent presentation and communication with dealership management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs and customize the system.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
