Job summary

Reynolds & Reynolds Co. is seeking a Training Specialist to guide dealership customers through software conversion, installation, and on-site training. The role involves extensive travel and direct collaboration with dealership management to tailor the solution to each location.

During the initial training period, you will receive mentorship and classroom instruction, followed by hands-on support for customers and ongoing follow-up from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Travel to install and convert Reynolds' software for customers, meeting dealership management.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel on usage.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site and prepare for future trips.
• Participate in a structured Training program with classroom and on-the-job components.
