Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers adopt our software and deliver effective training throughout the conversion process. You will travel about 80% of the time to install and customize the Reynolds system at dealerships, presenting to management and training key personnel.

When not on-site, you will support existing customers from your home office and prepare for upcoming trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to installations and conversions of the Reynolds software.
• Train dealership personnel and customize the system per dealership needs.
• Provide ongoing training and customer support after installation.
• Support customers from home office when not on-site.
• Communicate with dealership management to understand requirements.
