Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds Co seeks a Training professional to help customers smoothly convert to our software, providing training and ongoing support throughout the process. The role emphasizes strong presentation and communication with dealership management to tailor the system to each site.

Expect to travel about 80% of the time, both solo and with a team, and to support customers from your home office when not on site. Training lasts 2–3 months, with hands-on mentoring and product sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in converting to Reynolds and Reynolds software and provide training and support during the process.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software for customers, meeting dealership management to customize the system.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site, and prepare for future trips.
• Complete training program including product training and on-the-job mentoring.
