Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers adopt our software and deliver comprehensive training and support throughout the conversion process.

You will travel approximately 80% of the time to install and convert our software at dealerships, meeting management to tailor the system and train key personnel. When not traveling, you’ll support current customers from your home office and prepare for upcoming trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with limited moving violations.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel 80% to install and convert software at dealerships.
• Present to dealership management, customize the system, and train key personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site and prepare for future trips.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
