Job summary

REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS CO is seeking a Training professional to help customers convert to our software and provide training and support throughout the process. The role involves approximately 80% travel to client sites for installation and customization, with remaining time spent supporting customers from a home office.

You will train dealership personnel, present solutions to management, and tailor the system to meet each dealership’s needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with few moving violations.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealer locations (≈80%) to install and convert software.
• Meet dealership management to understand needs and customize the system.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Provide ongoing support to current customers from home office when not traveling.
