Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software. The role involves traveling about 80% to install and convert systems at dealerships, meeting with management to tailor the solution and train staff, and providing ongoing customer support.

When not on site, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license; limited moving violations in last 3 years; no major violations in last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealer sites to install and convert software
• Train dealership personnel on Reynolds and Reynolds solutions
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up from home office when not on site
• Coordinate with dealership management to assess needs and tailor the solution
