Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a Training Specialist to guide customers through the transition to our software. This role requires extensive travel (about 80%) to install, customize, and train dealership staff, with remote work from home when not on site.

You will also support existing customers from a home office, prepare for trips, and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful deployment. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% to install and convert software at dealerships.
• Meet dealership management to understand needs and customize the system.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers from home office when not on the road.
• Follow up with recently installed customers to ensure satisfaction.
