Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers convert to our software. You will travel up to 80% to install and tailor the system for each dealership and train key personnel.

When not on site, you’ll support current customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up on recent implementations. The program includes a 2–3 month training period with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert software for dealerships.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not on site, and prepare for future trips.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers and mentor trainee representatives.
