HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Director within its Transportation Business Group to lead the pursuit and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects. You will drive project approvals, coordinate with legal and risk teams, and align terms with HDR policies.

You will collaborate with regional leadership, manage client relationships, and may serve as Principal-in-Charge on select programs. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience
• Professional registration (PE) required for leadership roles
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture

Responsabilidades

• Lead pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects
• Drive approvals in HDR Policy and Procedure and Risk Committee
• Coordinate with HDR Legal on contract terms and risk considerations
• Collaborate with Transportation Business Group leadership and regional leads
• Report on Transportation Business Group Alternative Delivery status
• Possibly serve as Principal-in-Charge on select projects or contracts
