Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to direct Alternative Delivery efforts within the Transportation Business Group. The role focuses on pursuing and delivering complex infrastructure programs, guiding policy compliance, and coordinating with legal and risk teams.

You will foster client relationships, lead regional teams, and influence HDR’s strategic direction in public-private partnerships and mega projects. A PE license and 15+ years in design and delivery are preferred.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a PE license.
Extensive project management experience on large transportation infrastructure projects.
Ability to lead diverse teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Project Delivery Program Director and oversee pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk processes.
Coordinate with HDR groups, legal, and risk committees on contract terms and conditions.
Lead discussions with clients on upcoming projects and contractor relationships.
Facilitate HDR leadership calls to ensure matrix collaboration across regions and market sectors.
Advise HDR leadership on commercial and technical trends in alternative delivery.
