HDR, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader for the Transportation Business Group to drive Alternative Delivery projects from pursuit through delivery across major infrastructure programs.

The role requires a PE license, a BE/Bachelor’s in Engineering, and 10+ years of experience with large civil projects, including design-build and P3 delivery. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a focus on client relationships and HDR matrix collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in related field and experience with large civil infrastructure projects.
• Professional registration (PE) is required for leadership roles overseeing technical design.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Alternative Delivery projects from pursuit to execution.
• Negotiate terms with clients, contractors and HDR Risk Committee input.
• Coordinate with HDR leadership, Business Group Directors and regional leads on project strategy and staffing.
• Report on Transportation Business Group Alternative Delivery status and progress.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
