The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge (ADA/DOT/FTA), and a proven track record in transit operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior leadership in large-scale operations.
• Experience managing teams of 100+ employees.
• Experience with multimillion-dollar service contracts and union environments.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, staffing levels, and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between MTM Transit and the client and oversee client relationships.
• Develop and present annual business and operational reviews.
