Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in large-scale operations.
• Experience managing teams of 100+ employees and multimillion-dollar contracts.
• Experience in paratransit, public transit, transportation, or mobility services.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract operations to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
• Develop strategies to support evolving client needs and growth.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and service metrics.
• Identify risks and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure staffing levels and resource allocation optimize efficiency and cost.
• Oversee development and execution of operational plans and procedures.
• Serve as primary liaison between MTM Transit and the client.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Educate clients on MTM Transit services and industry trends.
• Address concerns and escalations promptly.
