Job summary

MTM Transit in Livermore, CA is seeking a General Manager to partner with operations and clients to deliver cost-effective transportation services under contract. You will oversee contract performance, manage staff, and ensure compliance with MTM Transit policies and the client agreement.

The role requires 5–7 years of leadership experience in para-transit or similar, a strong eye for budgeting, and a dedication to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of experience leading a medium-sized, profitable operations team in a multi-million-dollar environment.
• Experience managing a site with 50+ employees.
• Paratransit or livery industry experience preferred.
• CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract oversight and client needs coordination with growth anticipation.
• Identify risks and develop resolution processes.
• Analyze program needs and adjust staffing for cost effectiveness.
