Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED plus a related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in transit management and supervision of hourly staff
• Knowledge of ADA, DOT and FTA regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Drivers, Dispatchers and operations staff to ensure safe, efficient performance
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and trainings
• Update policies, procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform driver evaluations per contract and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with client to maintain positive relationships and coordinate system upgrades
• Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports
